Hire Agreement & Disclaimer for use of Inflatables

IMPORTANT -By accessing our website, you have signified your agreement to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 ‘Hirer’ refers to any person or persons, company, business, organization and or group, hiring any equipment from SG Super Bouncing Club.

All items self collection or delivered to the Hirer remain the responsibility of the Hirer from the time of ‘setup’ until the time of collection by SG Super Bouncing Club staff or self returned to SG Super Bouncing Club.

In the event of SG Super Bouncing Club unable to retrieve its equipment from the Hirer at the conclusion of the Hire, costs of additional hours will be calculated and added. E.g. Overnight hire fee will be charged.

Under no circumstance shall SG Super Bouncing Club be liable to any claims in respect of any injury to persons or damage to property arising out of the use of the inflatable/food machine equipments however caused. The hirer shall be responsible for any permits & safety measurements that may be required to operate the equipment and hereby indemnifies SG Super Bouncing Club from any penalties, claims or other obligations incurred due to the hirer’s failure to obtain or comply with any such permit and any accidents/damage caused.

The Hirer shall be deemed to have inspected the equipment and to have agreed that it is supplied in good condition and all setup have been properly completed and accepted by hirer at the point of handover. Unless he/she brings to the attention of SG Super Bouncing Club/installer during the handover, otherwise, it will be deemed that the bouncer condition and setup are all checked by the hirer when coming into possession of the equipment. No deposit will be refundable if hirer highlight any issues after the handover.

Product Information, Colours and Prices

We have taken extra care to ensure that all product descriptions are accurate. However in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the design, dimension and colours of our products that appear on the website. Colours or design variation might still happen due to external factor i.e. monitor display settings, photo size thus we cannot guarantee that the appearance of illustrated colours or design will accurately reflect the actual products supplied.

All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Singapore Dollars and prices are subjected to change without prior notice.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

SG SUPER BOUNCING CLUB may at any time at its absolute discretion reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time, with or without notice to the Hirer.

Damage/Loss to Bouncy Castles/Inflatable / Food Machines

If returned damaged, the Hirer will be responsible for all the repair costs and charges. In the event of any damage to the equipment, the Hirer shall:

  • Immediately notify SG Super Bouncing Club by telephone at the number provided on the Invoice/Agreement.
  • Return the equipment or make arrangements to have the equipment collected.
  • Not attempt to repair the damage in any way.
  • Be liable to SG Super Bouncing Club for the sum equivalent to the cost of making good the damage whether by repair by our designated repairer or replacement if repair is not an option.

In the event of loss of the equipment, the Hirer shall pay SG Super Bouncing Club the sum equivalent to the cost of replacing the lost equipment.

If returned dirty, E.g. Food or drink spillages, stains, face paint, glitter, excessive dirt or sand etc, a cleaning fee starting from $50 will be applied.

Safety Policy

Please take the time to read through our Rules and Conditions to ensure the safety of your children throughout your hire agreement.

  • The hirer must provide a clean flat grass site/platform for the setup of the inflatable.
  • The hirer must ensure the inflatable are securely anchored down at all times.
  • The hirer must ensure no one is on the inflatable while inflating/deflating.
  • The hirer must ensure no one switch the blower on and off whilst the inflatable is in use.
  • The hirer must ensure that the inflatable is supervised by a responsible person over the age of 18 at all times as long as the inflatable is in use.
  • The hirer must ensure no one switch the blower on and off whilst the inflatable is in use.
  • Strictly NO ADULT allows in the Bouncy Castle.
  • It is advisable to ensure that no one with any history of back or neck problems use the inflatable.
  • All children and unauthorized personnel must be kept away from the inflatable blower as well as the electrical supply cable and plug at all times.

In the event of rain/thunderstorm – The hirer must ensure all users are removed from the Bouncy Castles/Inflatable. Special attention should be given to the blower and the electrical supply to ensure they do not comes into contact with water. This applies especially for outdoor hiring. “Hirer” will be responsible to ensure the blower and “dry” bouncing castle do not get into contact with water at all time during the rental period.

Cancellation Policy

If the hirer wish to change the booking date after confirmation, he may do so within 48 hours from the booking date. However, the hirer need to inform SG SUPER BOUNCING CLUB personnel 48 hours beforehand on any change of event date, otherwise, pls take note that the change of date will not be allowed. Pls take note that all deposits payment will not be refunded for any cancellation orders.

SAFETY RULES

  • No footwear permitted on the inflatable at anytime.
  • No drinking, eating or chewing allowed on the inflatable at anytime. This is to avoid choking or mess.
  • No ADULTS ALLOWED on the inflatable at anytime
  • No pets allowed on the inflatable at anytime.
  • No face paints, party poppers, colored streamers or silly string as these make a terrible mess and can also stain the inflatable for which you will be liable for payment to clean or repair.
  • No smoking or naked flame anywhere in or near the bouncy castles
  • No pushing or boisterous behaviour permitted to avoid accidents.
  • No Overcrowding. Each inflatable is designed for a specific maximum load. Children using the inflatable must be within the specified age limit. Limit the number of users to allow enough room for each child to play safely. Try to avoid small and large children using the inflatable at the same time. Recommended max load and age limit for each inflatable can be found on our website or advised on the day of hire.
  • No sharp or foreign objects such as keys, combs, jewellery, belts or glasses etc worn by users.
  • No hard objects to be worn or taken onto the inflatable – these can cause injuries.
  • No Climbing, Sitting or Hanging on the inflatable walls.

Any damage to equipment caused by misuse, neglect, loss or failure to follow these conditions, shall deem the Hirer liable for full repair or replacement costs in addition to any loss of business as a result of such loss or damage as per hire contract.

Please adhere to above guidelines to ensure the safety of all children and to provide the best fun possible.

As the hirer, I DECLARE that I have read understood and agrees to all these terms and conditions of hire and any relevant operating and safety instructions supplied with the equipment, and I sign the contract fully aware of the implications and responsibilities placed upon me by doing so.

 * A copy of Term and Condition of Rental document is required to be signed by the Hirer on the day of hiring.
